Requirements:

• Previous professional roofing experience is mandatory

• Drive the crew vehicle and transport team to job sites
• Manage install flow, time tracking, and crew accountability
• Complete daily checklists and quality control photos
• Serve as the main point of contact for the client on-site
• Maintain a positive, professional image at all time

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working on roofs and at height
• Prior experience leading a small team or crew preferred
• Clean driving record and valid license
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Customer service-minded with excellent communication

As an Installation Tech, you’re the go-to for prepping materials, hanging greenery, and making sure every bulb and strand is perfect. You’ll be climbing ladders (up to 28 ft), wrapping trees and columns, assembling wreaths, and hustling to stay ahead of the crew.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and prep lights, wreaths, and hardware
• Wrap trees, bushes, and pillars with mini lights
• Maneuver ladders safely and efficiently
• Handle light testing, troubleshooting, and material setup
• Keep job sites clean and organized

Requirements:

• Comfortable using ladders up to 28 feet
• Fast, hard-working, and focused on quality
• Great eye for detail and symmetry
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to hustle
